Ask Bruce — An AI Coaching Assistant Built on 50 Years of Coaching Wisdom

Real answers to real coaching situations — team culture, difficult parents, playing time, leadership — from an AI agent trained exclusively on Bruce Brown’s Proactive Coaching library.

What you can ask

Bring it the situation you are actually facing, the way you would ask a veteran coach in the hallway:

  • “A parent is angry about their son’s playing time and wants a meeting. How do I handle it?”
  • “My captains were voted in by their friends and they aren’t leading. What now?”
  • “I inherited a losing program with a toxic culture. Where do I start?”
  • “My best athlete plays scared in big moments. How do I build her confidence?”
  • “What team standards actually matter — and how do I get buy-in?”
  • “How should I run my preseason parent meeting?”

How it works

Ask Bruce is an AI coaching assistant trained only on Bruce Brown’s Proactive Coaching library — his booklets, articles, videos, and podcasts — not the open internet. It answers in his coach-to-coach voice, and every substantive answer names and links the piece it draws from, so you can go straight to the full booklet chapter or video. If Bruce never taught it, Ask Bruce says so instead of guessing.

I just started the booklet The Impact of Trust. I read page one 3 times. Not because I didn’t understand it, but because I thought it is so truthful and powerful I wanted to remember every word.
