Well, we did it...NCAA National Champions! Again, thanks so much to you and the rest of the Proactive Coaching team. We could not have done it without you.

It really opened some doors within our program, and made a incredible impact on our team's attitude, practice effort, and leadership... The best season I have been a part of at Colby. It has nothing to do with the W-L column, but everything to do with relationships that were built and the attitude that was shown during this season.

Our seniors have really taken ownership of the team culture... Our team communication has improved dramatically... Our team violations and discipline issues have almost disappeared. And last but not least, we are winning.

I just started the booklet The Impact of Trust. I read page one 3 times. Not because I didn't understand it, but because I thought it is so truthful and powerful I wanted to remember every word.

Last Spring, our volleyball team attended the Captains and Coaches workshop... We also went from ending last place in our league last year to tying for second place and finishing 5th in districts this year. It was a great season and our work with Proactive Coaching had a lot to do with that success.

I started using the Proactive Coaching materials, and we developed Core Covenants and focused on living them... A year later we made it to state, and last week we won the state championship! Your materials have helped me to improve my leadership skills and my coaching style.

In the 18 years I have been attending this camp - it was the best leadership session by far! The officers loved it as much as the directors! I received positive comments from all 6 of my officers and they took diligent notes.

I ordered the Coaches & Captains DVD and 7 Ways to Lead Your Team, and we set aside a 6-hour block as a team to watch it and work through it. We chose four Team Standards: Mental Toughness, Passion, Poise, and Team First... we went to summer camp and had what I consider one of the best experiences ever, (I attribute it to our Standards), WE QUALIFIED FOR NATIONALS.

This year we incorporated a Captains Application Process, much like that of a college or job application (with written application, required references, and an interview) that's resulted in putting the right leaders at the helm. We had an athlete-led parents meeting... at the end of which they each handed their parents "The Role of Parents in Athletics" booklet as homework. The messages are getting through.

Honestly, it was quite miraculous to observe the creation of this value statement among the girls. The biggest take away for me was how the culture shifted from the old way-being told what the rules are; to the new way-what they wanted their program to be and represent!

I heard your message and ENJOYED with them their great athletic experience on Saturday. On the way home - I told my 11 yr old "I REALLY enjoy watching you play". I couldn't hold back a tear or two. Just as you said - it was a awesome moment.

I had this email response Thur night from one of the tennis girls: 'Thank you Coach! I've been selected to participate in leadership groups since 8th grade: I learned what a leader is and what they do; but it wasn't until yesterday that I learned how to actually lead.'

We absolutely loved having Proactive speaker come and speak to the Prancers. He was awesome… I checked in with the team the next day and they felt the same way and I could already see a difference in the way they were practicing!!!

Just had a productive meeting with my team leadership trust with regard to an internal discipline problem. Their thought process in dealing with this situation was phenomenal. They essentially said "we've got this, coach!"... a lot of credit is due to your "7 Ways to Lead Your Team for Coaches and Leaders."... this may be the strongest group of leaders I have had to date. And I don't think it is by accident.

I became the varsity boys basketball coach at Pine River High School 3 years ago, and almost immediately adopted the Proactive Coaching style to mold my program. We have worked very hard to promote a totally selfless, WE before me culture, and it has paid off - not only in a very successful program, but in the development of very high character young men!

Thanks in large part to the motivation and teaching of Rob Miller... our staff worked together to identify what we refer to as our Core Covenants. These are the values by which we want our program to be identified.

Congrats Air Academy HS boys soccer as they were crowned 4A State Champs yesterday!!... That team LIVES its Core Covenants and the coach said you were such an impact on him when you spoke to our coaches so THANK YOU!!

Coach Rosberg's message is exactly what my coaches, student athletes, parents, and I needed to hear... The content was immediately relevant and applicable to all of us, and I anticipate a positive change to our culture this school year.

Our coaches and kids couldn't be happier with how the presentations went... All coaches and kids were engaged and attentive the entire 4 hours! We are already planning on possibly booking him every June now so he can speak with our teams before the summer starts.

I want to thank you so much for being such a tremendous influence on our school. Our coaches are so much more intentional in their daily efforts with our guys because of your message and efforts.

On the way to a soccer tournament last weekend, I was going through your Compete booklet with my oldest son and it hit me that everything in that book applies to my fight with cancer. I plan to add that booklet as one of my go to resources when I need inspiration or focus in my battle.

I have Bruce to thank for making me a better parent....honestly! Looking back, I took sports too seriously, was too critical of my children's coaches as well as the officials. What I have learned through this pamphlet has spilled over in all aspects of parenting! I am now truly enjoying (and loving) watching my kids play their sports.

My 9 year old son attended the Life Lessons for Athletes session with the high school athletes and afterward I asked him what he learned. He said, 'I learned that in order to be a true athlete I need to help my team and not only think about myself. I also need to let my yes be yes and my no be no.'

My coach has also given me the Proactive Coaching booklets on the 7 Ways to Lead Your Team, The Covenants, and a few others. As I have started reading and working through them, I can already tell I am learning. I can't wait till my next season because 'I'm In'.

Scott Rosberg's presentations were a huge success. I am still hearing talk among the rank and file about the subject matter and the presenter. All of my people benefited greatly from these classes.

Spent the day with Rob Miller and what a Rock Star! He gave several presentations today and knocked them all out of the park! Can't tell you how excited the Georgetown HS athletic department is about the new leadership techniques they get to implement!

Each time Proactive Coaching has shared with Nebraska students, coaches and administrators; positive comments are soon to follow. Proactive Coaching provides real resources to help create, enrich and sustain positive cultures within school activities.

Proactive Coaching was a key to UC's success! We would not be the program and team of significance that we are today without the help of Rob and the Proactive Coaching team philosophies! Our athletes kept referring back to the things they learned in the workshops as they were fighting to climb to the top spot against tough competition.

Thanks so much for "breathing life" into a group of men and sharing the valuable tools you discussed and provided... I learned a lot this past weekend and truly appreciate what you all are doing with Proactive Coaching!
