1. Where your order ships from
Orders ship from Washington and California. Which location fills your order depends on the title and what is in stock, so a single order can arrive in more than one package — at no extra cost to you.
2. Delivery
Orders are picked and packed within two business days, then travel by USPS Ground Advantage. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created.
3. Bulk orders
Booklet orders of 25 or more receive a bulk discount, applied automatically in the store. For a team, department or district order, ask us for a quote.
4. School memberships
School memberships include 50 printed booklets per year, shipped to your school at no charge.
5. International orders
We ship within the United States. If you are outside the US, write to us before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.
