Introduction
I had a father call me after reading one of our recent newsletters. He was concerned because his daughter was very frustrated with her high school basketball season. I asked several questions and he agreed that she was a high achieving, perfectionist (those are positive traits if channeled correctly). We discussed some strategies and he ordered the Compete and Playing with Confidence booklets for her. Several days later I got this email. Great job Dad!!
