- Main work time from November through March, but also minimum of spring league, summer league, summer team camp, put on a summer camp and fall league.
- Need to be prepared to have your team be tested against another team in a competitive, public arena once or twice a week.
- Every time someone talks to you about "success" they mean, "winning".
- You are responsible for their success (winning) or failure (losing) and it will be reported in the paper and local TV each time.
