Frazier took over a program that had never finished a season with a winning record and built it into one of the most successful in the state, winning the 2024 state championship and setting an Oregon record with 36 straight wins. Bruce: Good morning and welcome to our Proactive Coaching podcast series. We’re combining the two things we’re doing right now with this next guest, Jon Frazier from Bend, Oregon. He’s the head basketball coach at Summit High School. The two things we are doing here: we’re interviewing our speakers, our speaking team, just to introduce them to our audience, and another series we’ve been doing is the best coaches you’ve never heard of.
