Listened to a wise person on Saturday talk about how she has learned to deal with challenges. She said she learned it as a high school athlete from her coach. Every time she faces a roadblock, problem or challenge she says she first "Looks Within" and second, "Find a Way".
Look Within…
Whenever faced with a situation that is not what you want or expect it to be, first, look at yourself to see if you can change your attitude or perspective. See if the way you are looking at things is part of the problem. Being willing to do a "style check" and examine your own motives or mindset is the first step to improving anything.
