Parents are part of the whole team. The younger the athlete, the more parental involvement is needed. Anticipate the questions that could be asked by parents. Your preseason parent meeting is one of the critical points of the season. If you have a bad practice, you get another chance, but this is usually the only chance to set the correct tone with the parents. Be prepared.
