Every successful team needs a direction that is provided by a clearly defined, challenging vision. While vision usually starts with a single person, great teams are capable of creating a shared vision. It helps them keep their focus and constantly visualize the finished product. Teams like this are not deterred, distracted or derailed by insignificant details or bumps along the road. A challenging vision will transcend circumstances.
